Synopsis
Gergő and Lénárd, a young gay couple lives in a remote Roma settlement in the poorest part of Hungary. They dream of making a musical film about their lives and become famous, an impossibility living in a hostile environment. To fulfill their dream, they move to Budapest, where creative collaborations are easier to find, as well as LGBTQ+ life, despite the government's increasing hostility towards LGBTQ+ people.
When a tragic event occurs, they return to the village and the family who disowned them for one final reckoning, helping them to accept their sexual orientation, the key to their own acceptance and their own chance to happiness.
A heartfelt and charming documentary – melancholic, yet hopeful – and you can't help falling for its protagonists, who openly share with us their ups and downs.
