Biography

Meena Rathor is an award-winning director with an MFA in directing from New York's Columbia University. Before she started writing and directing drama, she worked internationally as a commercial film director. Her short films have screened at film festivals nationally and internationally, and her latest film, The Terrorist, premiered this year at The Norwegian Short Film Festival in Grimstad, and screened at Oslo Pix Film Festival last August.
With her unique and acute gaze on society, Meena produces films that engage and connect with the audience, often by challenging familiar notions.
